Step Two: You will receive a response to your enquiry within 48 hours requesting further details in relation to your enquiry or a mock design of our item.

Step Three: Once the mock up is approved an invoice will be sent.

Step Four: once payment is received Prstines London's artist will create your product and ship your item to you.
